Rockets opening match of the weekend was against Sevenoaks. Villa opened the scoring with an early penalty from Dan after the Sevenoaks keeper was dismissed Bubba clinched the win with a wonderful second goal.

Villa Rockets 0-1 Nottingham PFC

Rockets never got going and the free flowing football seen in the previous matches was missing. Nottingham gained victory in the second half with the only goal of the game.

Villa Rockets 1-5 Aspire PFC

Rockets opened the second day against high flying Aspire and found themselves two goals down in the first half. However to their credit, the team kept going and were rewarded through a penalty from Dan to go in at half time one goal down. A third Aspire goal from the second half kick-off killed the contest and Aspire cruised to a 5-1 win.

Villa Rockets 0-1 West Bromwich Albion Throstles

Rockets disappointing weekend concluded with a narrow defeat against local rivals Throstles. Again, passing moves were at a premium with Villa getting sucked into a battling war of attrition. Throstles scored the only goal in the second half in a game lacking in quality.
